Dust-free workshop is also called clean room and purification workshop. Dust-free workshop refers to the removal of particulates, harmful air, bacteria and other pollutants in the air within a certain space, and the indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, and airflow. The speed and airflow distribution, noise vibration and lighting, static control are within a certain range of requirements, and a specially designed room is given. That is to say, no matter how the external air conditions change, the interior can maintain the characteristics of cleanliness, temperature, humidity and pressure that were originally set.

There are three states of air cleanliness in the clean room:
●Empty state: The facility has been built, all power is connected and running, but there is no production equipment, materials and personnel.
●Static: The facility has been built, the production equipment has been installed, and it is running according to the state agreed by the owner and the supplier, but there are no personnel.
●Dynamic: The facility operates in a specified state, with specified personnel present, and works under agreed conditions.
Air flow pattern in clean room:
• Unidirectional flow ... an air flow with parallel streamlines in a single direction and a wind-velocity-consistent cross-section.
●Non-unidirectional flow.... Any airflow that does not meet the definition of unidirectional flow.
●Mixed...a combination of unidirectional and non-unidirectional flow.
The structure of the clean room:
●Structural systems...rods, steel beams, ceiling lattice beams, windows, doors, etc.
●Air conditioning system.....air handling box, filter system, fan, etc.
● Ground.... Raised floor or anti-static floor, etc.
