The DRSA 500 wheel block body is designed to be compact with high-precision surfaces and precise geometric dimensions for easy connection with your equipment. The wheels have impressive starting and braking performance, making it easy for them to run smoothly on the track. Additionally, the box body has reinforcing ribs specially designed to ensure its high rigidity.
The walking wheel block system is fully enclosed and protected from external mechanical influences on five sides. For the DRSA112-200 model and above, the box body is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum material, and the surface powder coating material has a thickness of 90um.
Wheel blocks are divided into driving wheel and driven wheel. The driving wheel is a type of wheel that is powered by a motor or engine, and is used to provide the necessary force to move a machinery. While driven wheel is a wheel that is not powered by a motor or engine, but is instead driven by another wheel or system. They are supported to be installed on one machine or used separately. Meanwhile, wheels with different diameters can be supplied, including DRSA 112, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500. And a single wheel can carry up to 40 ton.
