Both ends of the DRSA wheel block system shaft need to be installed in the bushing, and the cap with bolts needs to be installed.

DRSA wheel set installation steps:
1. The inner ring of the DRSA wheel assembly bearing needs to be inserted into the washer and fastened with a nut ;
2. DRSA wheel block system upper end of the drive shaft is pressed and ill, after starting the hydraulic press for pressure test, it is found that there will be no problem, then gradually pressurize to the installation position;
3. The DRSA wheel block system is placed on the table block, the drive shaft needs to be vertically aligned with the hole and the keyway, and the mating surface is lubricated;
4. DRSA wheel block system bearing inner ring is heated by boiling oil, hot loaded into the wheel axle, and the angular bearing of the outer ring and spacer ring is mounted on the shaft;
5. Both ends of the DRSA wheel block system are equipped with a cover and a connection, and are reinforced and fastened;
6. Both ends of the DRSA wheel block system shaft need to be installed in the bushing, and the cap with bolts needs to be installed;
7. DRSA wheel block system installation requires fittings according to the keyway on the drive shaft.
