Manufacturing process

  ● Post-processing process: The formed polyurethane scraper needs to undergo post-processing process, including mold removal, trimming, cleaning and other links. Mold removal refers to taking the molded scraper out of the mold, trimming refers to trimming or sharpening the edges and surface of the scraper, and cleaning is to remove impurities and residues on the surface.

  ● Inspection and packaging: Quality inspection of finished products, including appearance quality, dimensional accuracy, hardness and other indicators. Qualified products can be sold out of the factory after packaging.
