Polyurethane Vertebrae Hose Bend Restrictor | Pipeline Protection

Bend Restrictor is designed  to prevent the over-bending of cables as well as umbilicals.

Made of reticulated, interlocking polyurethane mouldings, bend Restrictor can be used in the offshore oil platform and offshore wind power in the lower port of J-tube with J-tube sealing device or J-tube center fixture.

Additional features:

• The bending radius of the locking is designed to be greater than the minimum safe working radius of the cable, so as to limit the bending of the cable, so as to ensure the safe working of the cable.

• Materials have strong deformation resistance, high mechanical property;

• The fasteners are made of super duplex stainless steel, which has excellent anti-flton capability in Marine environment, ensuring a service life of not less than 28 years.
