Air Powered Pneumatic Hoist with Motorized Trolley

Air trolley is an ideal option when you need to move loads to another location. With the help of air trolley, pneumatic hoists have more adjustable movement when hanging on beams or cranes.

Air trolley hoists are mainly made of 3 parts.

1. Lifting Mechanism

Lifting mechanism including motor, planetary reducer, suspension assembly, brake, lifting chain, hook assembly, and control valve. All these parts are coordinated to ensure the safe operation of air hoist.

2. Gas Distribution System

Gas distribution system controls the energy consumtion of hoist. It controls the speed of lifting and falling by controlling the amount of air in the handle. When the air pressure reaches the requirement, its rated load can be realized. But if the air pressure is small, the capacity and lifting speed will be relatively reduced.

3. Driving Mechanism

The traveling mechanism of the pneumatic hoist adopts a pneumatic trolley, which is composed of a driving wheel, a driven wheel, and a wall panel. The main control valve controls the pneumatic motor and planetary reducer to drive the drive wheels to achieve horizontal movement.
