When to use the Spark-Resistant air hoists?

Division 1 (Spark-Resistant air hoists are required)

In division 1, the atmosphere is consist of a mixture of air or dangerous substances in the form of gas, vapor, or mist... And the explosive atmosphere is present continuously or for long periods or frequently. So the spark-resistant air hoists are required.

Division 2 (Standard air hoists are required)

In division 2, the dangerous substances, flammable gases, dusts, or fibers, occurs when a container or handling system fails, are not likely to occur in normal operation, and if it does occur, will persist for a short period only.

Compared with electric hoist, pneumatic hoists generally lift loads at a faster rate of speed.
