• Location:Installed at the head pulley, primary belt cleaners are the first contact point for cleaning the belt, making them a critical component in the conveyor cleaning system.

Secondary Belt Cleaners

• Functionality:Secondary belt cleaners further refine the cleaning process by targeting finer particles and residues that the primary cleaners may have missed. They often have softer or more precise scrapers to effectively clean without damaging the belt.

• Material Suitability:These cleaners are ideal for operations dealing with a mix of fine and coarse materials, providing a more thorough cleaning than primary cleaners alone.

• Location:Positioned after the primary cleaners and usually before the return roller, secondary belt cleaners work in conjunction with primary cleaners to enhance overall cleaning efficiency.

Tertiary Belt Cleaners

• Functionality:Tertiary belt cleaners are the last stage in the cleaning process, designed to remove the most persistent and fine residues. Their design often allows for customized adjustments to tackle specific cleaning challenges.

• Material Suitability:Particularly effective in handling very sticky or wet materials that can cling to the belt, tertiary cleaners are essential in environments where complete belt cleanliness is crucial.

• Location:These cleaners are typically installed at or near the tail pulley. Their strategic placement ensures that the belt is as clean as possible before it cycles back, minimizing material carryback and enhancing overall system cleanliness.
