Fully Automatic Load Turning Device

Fully automatic load turning device is a device used to turn workpieces or products to different angles. It can complete the flipping or tilting of objects without manual intervention, and is widely used in metallurgy, stamping, sheet metal, mould, papermaking, refrigeration and other industries.

According to the maximum turning angle, the automatic load turning device can be divided into 90° load turning device and 180° load turning device; according to its realized performance, it can be divided into steel coil load turning device, mold load turning device and plate load turning device. According to its structure type, it can be divided into frame type load turning device, belt type load turning device and chain type load turning device.

The working principle of the automatic load turning device is to use the motor, hydraulic system or pneumatic system to drive the turning mechanism, and turn the workpiece from one direction to another through transmission methods such as gears, racks, belts, and chains. Precautions for installation of automatic load turning device:

  ● Pay attention to safety during installation and wear safety protective equipment.

  ● Make sure that the position and size of the hoisting holes of the equipment meet the design requirements, and pre-weld the hoisting holes.

  ● The fasteners used must meet the design requirements, and safety should be paid attention to during the fastening process.

  ● After the equipment is installed, it needs to be temporarily fixed and adjusted, and a test run should be carried out.
